Privacy Policy

QUANTUM IX UNITED INC.  |  Last updated: 25 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you play the mobile game Rally Town (the "Service"), why, who receives it and the choices you have. QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us") is responsible for the Service. The Service is free to play, shows optional rewarded ads and offers optional in-app purchases.

You do not need to sign up to play, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number. The Service has no user accounts and no game server of ours — your progress stays on your device, and we do not receive it.

1. Information used by the Service

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.

2. Why we use it

3. Advertising and your choices

Non-personalised ads are still based on context such as the app and your approximate location, and Google still uses some data to measure ads and prevent fraud. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. Who receives information

We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not share it with data brokers. Information goes only to these providers, each for the purpose listed:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of us.

5. International transfers

The providers above may process information outside your country, including in the United States. The information is transferred over the internet when you use the Service. Where required (for example for users in the EEA and the UK, or in Korea), the transfer relies on the safeguards the provider uses, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long information is kept

7. Children

The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support-rt@lfbe.io and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK, Korea or US states such as California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for example your local authority in the EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.

9. Security

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's security. Providers listed above protect the information they receive under their own security practices. No service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Service.
